Girls’ Gymnastics
In our recreational gymnastics program we offer a wide array of classes based on age and skill level. Read the class descriptions below to learn more about the different classes we provide. Our front office staff is always available for questions and assistance if needed.
Rising Stars
This class is offered to girls who are 4 & 5 years old and requires approval from their current instructor. The class is 55 minutes long and runs similar to our Beginner Girls Gymnastics Class. The Rising Stars class incorporates most of the gymnastics equipment including bars, beam, and floor. Requirements for this class include excellent listening skills and approval from a UGA Coach. This class is offered to 4, 5 & 6 year-old girls who have mastered the Rising Star program and have tested into Shooting Stars with coach's approval. This class is 55 minutes long and will be similar to the Intermediate Girls Gymnastics Class. Requirements for this class include excellent listening skills, back-bend from standing, running round-off, and a pull-over on the bars. [...]Beginner Girls
