This is the first level of our 90 minute classes! Our gymnasts will be taught exciting and challenging skills on all of the Olympic events including vault, bars, beam and floor excercise. Strength, flexibility, and coordinaton will be a major concentration, as it is necessary to safely and effectively perform on all gymnastics equipment. Prior experience is a must, gymnasts must be able to do a back walkover on floor, and a cast and back hip circle on the bars.
