To Our UGA Family,
Due to the dramatic changes and evolution of COVID-19 and its effects, UGA ownership has decided that it is in the best interests of the community to shut down for two (2) weeks, effective immediately.
The closure will run from Monday, March 16th to Sunday, March 29th. While a decision of this magnitude is never easy, it is fundamentally consistent with our core values to safeguard all who utilize UGA’s services.
This decision affects thousands, our customers and incredible staff alike, but given the ever-evolving information provided by the State and Federal Governments we must remain proactive and do our part as leaders in the sport and greater community.
We are confident that preventative measures and limiting community spread like this will allow us to reopen by March 30th and continue serving the best customers. As you have come to expect from us, we’ll continue to monitor the situation and communicate any changes as they are made. In the meantime, all currently-enrolled children with missed classes or practices will have an immediate credit placed on their account for future use. Any make-ups may be used for our Spring Session, beginning Monday, April 13th. Any families on our monthly automatic debit program will be charged as scheduled but with the appropriate credits applied.
We’ll continue to staff the office during this time (taking appropriate mitigating steps for our employees’ safety) and we remain available to answer any questions you have as we navigate together in this time of uncertainty. Please call us at (708) 894-7171 or email info@ugatinley.com.
Sincerly,
Michael Kociolek
