Girls Gymnastics
Girls gymnastics teaches skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault while developing confidence and other life skills. These classes are offered for ages 6+ and are based upon your child's skill set- we have something for all ages and skill levels!
Additionally, our girls gymnastics program includes our Rising Stars class for our most advanced 4 & 5 year olds (per coach recommendation).

Rising Stars
This class is offered for our most advanced 4 & 5 year olds (must be recommended by a coach). These children who demonstrate exceptional strength, coordination, and focus for their age will advance to working on recreational level skills and equipment.
Length: 1 Hour [...]Level 1: Foundations
This class centers around teaching your child all of the basics of gymnastics including skills and terminology. Your child will receive training to establish a strong gymnastics foundation and will work to build the strength and confidence to master their basics.
Length: 1 Hour [...]Level 2: Progressions
This class centers around providing an additional challenge for our beginner level students once they have shown a firm understanding of the basics. Your child will receive training to perfect their basic skills and build strength and confidence to establish a strong foundation for higher level skills.
Length: 1 Hour [...]Level 3: Skill Development
This class provides an additional challenge for students once they have mastered the basics. Your child will be introduced to new concepts such as connecting skills and will transition into working on intermediate level skills.
Length: 1 Hour [...]Level 4: Transitional Progressions
This class centers around providing opportunities of continued growth for students that have excelled through our first three levels. Your child will find a new level of fun and excitement in the new skills and challenges they will work on in this class.
