Length: 2 Hours

Level 5: Intro to Competitive Gymnastics is designed to give our most advanced recreational athletes a chance to take their skills and dedication to the sport to new heights by allowing them to train with our competitive athletes.

Gymnasts in this level will train with our Xcel program athletes and have the opportunity to learn first hand what it takes to be a part of the world of competitive gymnastics.  They will will learn how to handle the challenges and difficulties this sport has to offer but in a setting where they can lean on teammates to help them face and overcome any obstacles. The memories and friendships they will create through being part of team is an added bonus.

In order to enter this class, students must be placed by way of evaluation or coach recommendation.
