Tumbling For Cheer
In our Tumbling for Cheer classes, we work solely on the floor portion of gymnastics. This program is perfect for athletes who:
- need tumbling skills for other sports such as cheer or dance
- like the idea of gymnastics but do not enjoy working on the gymnastics apparatuses
- simply want to learn how to flip
Tumbling classes work on strength, flexibility, and body control. Available for both boys and girls ages 4 and up. All class levels are dependent upon your child's skill level.
Tumble Stars
This class centers around creating a fun environment for students' first introduction to tumbling. Your child will begin to learn the basics of tumbling while working on social skills and building confidence.
Length: 50 Minutes [...]Beginner Tumbling
This class centers around teaching your child all of the basics of tumbling. Your child will be will receive training to perfect their basic skills and build strength and confidence to establish a strong foundation for higher level skills.
Length: 1 Hour [...]Intermediate Tumbling
This class provides an additional challenge for students once they have mastered the basics. Your child will continue increasing their strength, flexibility and body control while progressing onto intermediate level skills and concepts such as skill connections.
Length: 1 Hour [...]Advanced Tumbling
This class centers around providing opportunities of continued growth for students that have excelled through our first two levels. Your child will find a new level of fun and excitement in the new skills and challenges they will work on in this class.
