Special Needs/Support Staff

We created this program to offer support staff for our friends with special needs so that every athlete has the opportunity to experience the benefits of gymnastics.

Athletes will enjoy the experience of learning and growing in the sport of gymnastics building strength, balance, coordination, and confidence in a fun and safe environment. Our program accommodates students of all abilities through three unique learning formats: one-on-one coaching, inclusion classes, and competitive special recreation gymnastics. We also have a monthly special recreation open gym and offer special recreation field trips.

Recreational Classes:

Our classes are offered for ALL ages and ALL abilities levels, with specifically adapted goals & activities for each student.

Class Format Options:

One-on-one Lessons: Your student will spend their time working one-on-one with one of our Special Recreation staff members. These lessons are designed around each individual athlete's needs, abilities, and goals to ensure their best experience!
Inclusion and Adaptive Classes: Your student will get the full experience of one of our recreational classes. They will join one of recreational classes, following that week's cirriculum, with one of our Special Recreation staff members accompanying them to provide adaptations or assistance in any areas in which they need it.
