To our UGA family,
We are open for business! During the holiday weekend, we were informed that we are officially included in phase 3 of the state’s reopening plan. As you can imagine we are ecstatic with the news and our staff is eager to see everyone soon. We have been humbled by this experience and your support moving forward is beyond words.
Starting Monday June 1st, programs for preschool, recreational gymnastics, tumbling, ninja and our teams both gymnastics and cheerleading will once again be operational for returning and new students!
We know you’ll have many questions and we are happy to answer those in the coming days and weeks. Starting tomorrow May 26th, our office staff will be available to help you through the registration and make up processes. We anticipate a high volume of calls so your patience is appreciated and we will reply to all emails and messages if you don’t reach us.
We are also modifying our program’s to accommodate safety procedures for everyone who enters our doors. We have been busy making sure we not only meet industry standards, but exceed them.
Make no mistake about it, the safety of the children, parents and our staff is paramount. As excited as we are about opening, we pledge to make your stay with us safe and enjoyable. Some of the new protocols you’ll see in each class and some will take place behind the scenes. At any rate, you can feel comfortable in our facility and we are doing everything in our power to keep everyone healthy.
Before the shut down, UGA established itself as an industry leader in the area and nation for the level of professionalism and service we have provided to our thousands of clients. Frankly, you’re not only going to experience that once again, but we are stepping our game up as we begin the new Re-Grand Opening.
We’ve never been more excited to see you all soon. In the next few days you’ll be getting additional communications to make the transition seamless.
Sincerely,
United Gymnastics Academy – Tinley Park
