Length: 1 Hour

Level 3: Skill Development will provide new challenges for our students once they have mastered the basics and encourage them to advance beyond their limits. This program's curriculum with be centered on the techniques necessary to take athletes from foundations in the sport to a more advanced understanding of skills and introduce complex challenges such as connecting skills. Classes are taught in a fun yet focused manner, encouraging students to achieve higher-level skills.

Each of our classes have a new curriculum every single week!

In order to enter this class, students must be placed by way of evaluation or coach recommendation. Gymnasts must be able to do a backbend on the floor and a pullover on the bars.
