Length: 1 Hour

Level 1: Foundations is our introductory gymnastics class suitable for those with little to no experience.  In this class, gymnasts will gain an understanding to basic gymnastics terminology and skills. The class provides a full fitness workout plus activities that will challenge them physically and mentally.  Athletes will learn and develop concepts that are the foundation to advance within our program.
