Length: 1.5 Hour

Level 4: Transitional Progressions provides a further challenge for students who have excelled through our first three levels and are now beginning to transition from intermediate to more advanced skills.

As athletes grow within our recreational program, some at this level will have competitive team gymnastics in mind. With that said, our Level 4 program will place a hybrid focus on both Junior Olympic and Xcel programming so that athletes, coaches and parents can evaluate gymnasts for progression within the sport.

In order to enter this class, students must be placed by way of evaluation or coach recommendation. Gymnasts must be able to do a kick over on the floor and a back hip circle  on the bars.
