Length: 1 Hour

Boys Gymnastics: Level 1 is our introductory gymnastics class for those in the early stages of their gymnastics career.   It is suitable for children with no experience up to an intermediate level skill set.   In this class, athletes will gain an understanding of basic gymnastics terminology and skills. The class provides a full fitness workout through practice of different skills and events (such as floor, rings, vault and bars) and will include activities that will challenge them physically and mentally. 

Once boys learn and master their basic skills in Boys 1 Gymnastics, they will be moved up into our intermediate/advanced class, Boys Gymnastics: Level 2!
