Winter Break will be here before we know it, and it’s never too early to start planning! We are excited to offer a variety of camps, clinics, and open gyms over break. Whether you’re looking for something to simply get out of the house, burn off some of that extra holiday energy or allow your athlete to continue progressing their skills, we’ve got something for everyone!

This year we will be hosting the following camps and clinics:

Winter Wonderland Camp
This three day camp designed for ages 3-6 will be filled with fun activities that will transport the kids to a winter wonderland. Each day we will explore a new theme: Winter Animals for Day 1; Snowballs, Snowflakes & Snowmen for Day 2; Igloos and Eskimos for Day 3. The activities of the day will be focused around the theme and will include themed obstacle courses, story + craft time, and much more! The camp will take place December 28th-30th from 9 AM to 12 PM. Join us for two days of the camp for $80 or come all three days for $100.

Nerf & Ninja Camp
A new exciting addition to our camp lineup this year, this two day camp will be an hour and a half of action packed fun each day! Our ninjas will maneuver their way through obstacle courses, challenge themselves in strength training courses, battle in nerf wars, compete in capture the flag, and more. The camp will take place on December 28th and 30th from 5:30-6:30 PM. Join us for one day of the camp for $30 or come for both days for $50.

All Levels Gymnastics Clinic
In this three day clinic, gymnasts will get a chance to work on all four events: beam, bars, vault, and floor. Come work on perfecting your skills or progressing to gain new skills! This clinic is also an excellent opportunity for your gymnast to get some extra practice working on the skills they need to move up to the next level. All skill levels are welcomed. The clinic will take place December 28th, 29th and 30th from 10 to11 AM. Join us for one day for $20, two days for $36, or 3 days for $48.

Flip Flop Clinic
This clinic is all about the skill that is most highly sought after by both parents and gymnasts alike: the flip flop! The entirety of this clinic will be spent working on flip flops, as well as anything that will be beneficial in learning this skill. Your athlete will spend the clinic working on drills, learning technique, and more with our highly-trained coaches. The clinic will take place December 28th, 29th and 30th from 2 to 3 PM. Join us for one day for $20, two days for $36, or 3 days for $48.

Advanced Tumbling Clinic
Is your athlete looking to bring their tumbling skills to the next level? If you said yes, then this clinic is just for them! Come work with the area’s best coaches to strengthen your skills as well as learn new skills! Our highly-trained staff will provide drills and techniques for back tucks, layouts, fulls and specialty skills. The clinic will take place December 28th, 29th and 30th from 11 AM to 12 PM. Join us for one day for $20, two days for $36, or 3 days for $48.
