To Our UGA Family, 

As the virus and subsequent State and local responses continue to evolve, United Gymnastics Academy has been adapting to these changes and how it affects your children, the staff and the gym. 

As of right now, Gov. Pritzkers “Stay at Home” mandate is in effect until April 7th, 2020. 

Our last update had us hopeful of opening March 30th, but it became evident this would not be possible, and we’ve quickly started working on additional policies and procedures for the time missed as well as getting back going here into spring and summer. 

While the health and safety of everyone in our community is paramount, we are acutely aware of the economic impact this virus has had on all of us. Our previous policy was to charge monthly uses both rec and team accordingly with appropriate credits as previously scheduled. 

At this point, this policy is no longer applicable because a potential reopening date is unknown. Therefore, UGA will be suspending all charges for the time being. We have been consistent in our values to not put short term profits over long term relationships and this policy proves our commitment to all families who enter our gym. 

As this virus hopefully comes to an end, and each passing day provides us with more clarity, we when open, we will look at the opening date and adjust tuition as it applies to your class. 

Our staff is eager to see your children again and help them achieve all this sport has to offer. In the meantime, make sure to head over to our social site Facebook and Instagram @ugatinley to see skill updates, challenges and much more to keep your skills strong during this break. 

On a personal note, we have been overwhelmed with the outpouring of support from many of you. Quite honestly, we never were able to comprehend the impact our gym has on the children and the community at large. We are forever grateful for your patronage both in the past and again in the very near future. 

Make no mistake, we will make it through this and can’t wait to see you all back here as soon as humanly possible!
