We offer trial classes so your child can experience gymnastics and see if it\u2019s a good fit before you commit to a full session. How Do I Know What Level to Sign Them Up For?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>We start all new students in our basic introductory classes, such as <strong>Preschool<\/strong>, <strong>Level 1 (Foundations)<\/strong>, <strong>Boys Level 1<\/strong>, or <strong>Beginner Tumbling<\/strong>, to ensure they build a strong foundation. If your child has previous gymnastics experience, they\u2019re welcome to stop in for an evaluation. This will help our coaches assess their skills and determine the best level for them to progress in. We\u2019re here to make sure they\u2019re in the right class to continue growing!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8cbd81db530ec9f5db53c1abd4b23178\"><strong>5. What Should They Wear?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Comfortable, stretchy clothing works best!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>T-shirts and shorts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leggings or athletic wear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leotards (optional but recommended for girls).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Hair should be tied back, and jewelry should be removed for safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-0ba11db27a8308dc52640ef71ffb9e2e\"><strong>6. What Happens If My Child Misses a Class?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>If your child misses a class, no worries! We offer make-up classes, which can be scheduled during any open class with availability. Just make sure the makeup is completed <strong>within the current session<\/strong>, as we do not roll over makeup classes to future sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-57e5ff66895fa0bc07442a9e160f3a2e\"><strong>7. How Does Progress Work in Your Classes?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Progress is unique to each child, and we\u2019re here to cheer them on every step of the way! Our coaches work closely with each student, supporting them as they develop new skills at their own pace. Every little milestone is celebrated, and we love keeping parents in the loop with occasional progress updates sent right to your inbox!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8480ea8f64823410be7d37253d716cc4\">8. <strong>What Happens When the Session Ends?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Our sessions run back-to-back, so once one ends, the next one picks right up. Registration for upcoming sessions will open one month in advance, giving you plenty of time to sign up!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4b7a26761d78d395887a464576617229\"><strong>9. Do You Offer Extra Camps, Clinics, or Open Gyms?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer extra camps, clinics, and special events throughout the year, such as Ninja Nights, Parents\u2019 Nights Out, skill clinics, and more!
