Boys’ – Sports Readiness
This class is designed to prepare young boys for sports activities by developing strength, power, flexibility, coordination and speed, along with all other fundamentals of movement (i.e. running, jumping, climbing, balance, agility). Your child will develop skills to enhance the other sports that he is involved with. This is going to be a blast and a big benefit for the boys! A Must for boys interested in excelling in all sports!
Age: 6 – 12
This class is specifically for boys who are 6 years old or older and who are interested in learning and developing skills of boys’ gymnastics. Four out of the six Olympic events will be practiced – vault, rings, bars, and floor.
Age: 6 – 18
