The BabyCub class is a parent/tot class from walking to 2 years old. This class is centered around entering the gymnastics world while interacting with other childeren. This class will also introduce sharing with fun games, races, and coordination. This class is a great way for parent and child to bond! Prices reflect an 8-week session.

The Gym Cubs is a parent/tot class centered around age appropriate development movements on the different gymnastics equipment. There is a strong emphasis on socialization, learning to take turns, sharing, and building self-confidence all through fundamental gymnastics skills. The Gym Lions will learn to interact in a teacher/student setting without Mom or Dad. Girls Gymnastics
|
This class is offered to girls who are 4 & 5 years old with APPROVAL from their current instructor. The class is an hour long and runs similar to our Beginner Girls Gymnastics Class. The Rising Stars class incorporates all of the gymnastics equiptment including vault, bars, beam, and floor.
Requirments for this class include excellent listening skills and a general understanding of forward & backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridges. Prices reflect an 8-week session.

This class is offered to 4, 5 & 6 year-old girls who have mastered the "Rising Star" program and have tested. This class is an hour long and will be similar to the Intermediate Girls Gymnastics Class. Requirments for this class include excellent listening skills, and backbend from standing, running round-off, and a pull-over on the bars. Prices reflect an 8-week session.

This class is offered to 5, 6 & 7 year-old girls who have mastered the "Shooting Star" program and have been tested. This class is 1.5 hour long and will run similar to the Advanced Intermediate Gymnastics Class. Requirments for this class include excellent listening skills, back walk-over on the floor, front limber, and handstand forward roll. Prices reflect an 8-week session.

Ages 6 and up. The beginner girls’ gymnastics program provides a full fitness workout plus activities that will challenge them physically and mentally. Gymnasts will be taught skills on the vault, bars, beam, and floor exercise. Strength, flexibility, and coordination will be concentrated on greatly, as these skills will be necessary to safely and effectively learn to perform on all gymnastics equipment. No prior experience in gymnastics is necessary. The small student to teacher ratio assures that each child is supported in her learning. Prices reflect an 8-week session.

In this program gymnasts will be challenged more physically and mentally than the beginner girls class. Gymnasts will be taught skills on the vault, bars, beam, and floor exercise. Strength, flexibility, and coordination will be a major concentration areas as it is necessary to safely and effectively learn to perform on all gymnastics equipment. Prior experience is a must, gymnasts must be able to do a backbend on the floor and a pullover on the bars. Classes are taught in a fun yet focused manner, encouraging students to achieve higher-level skills. Prices reflect an 8-week session.

This is the highest level of gymnastics in our recreational program. Gymnasts at this level continue to use all of the Olympic events and trampolines. This program gives the more advanced student the opportunity to continue to grow with their gymnastics at their own pace. Prices reflect an 8-week session.

Cheer / Tumble
|
Students will learn basic body positions and skills for tumbling. Tumbling skills introduced will include back walkovers, round offs, and flip flop work. Students will be prepared to begin working on more advanced tumbling and cheerleading skills. Prices reflect an 8-week session.

Girls will continue to increase strength, flexibilty, and body control. Tumbling skills will include round off back handsprings, front handsprings, back tuck and front tucks, and more. If you need to learn to tumble better for cheerleading this class is for you! Prices reflect an 8-week session.

This class is designed to prepare young boys for sports activities by developing strength, power, flexibility, coordination, speed, along with all other fundamentals of movement (i.e. running, jumping, climbing, balance, agility). Your child will develop skills to enhance the other sports that he might be involved with. This is going to be a blast and a big benefit for the boys! A Must for boys interested in excelling in all sports! Prices reflect an 8-week session.
